This Privacy Policy explains how Puppy Plots handles information when you use the game. Puppy Plots is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children.

Information stored on your device

Puppy Plots stores game information locally on your device so the game can function and remember your progress. This may include settings, puzzle progress, completion history, statistics, account progression, tutorial state, and advertising-related state such as the number of completed puzzles since the last interstitial advertisement.

This local game data is not an online account and is not sent to us as part of normal gameplay unless a feature described below requires it.

Advertising and third-party services

Puppy Plots may display banner and interstitial advertisements. Advertising is provided through Unity LevelPlay mediation and participating advertising networks, which may include Unity Ads and ironSource Ads.

These services may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and operating-system information, app interaction data, ad impressions, clicks, and other information used to provide, measure, limit, personalize, and prevent fraud in advertising, subject to your privacy choices and applicable law.

Third-party advertising providers process information under their own privacy policies. Their available technologies, purposes, and partners may change over time.

Consent and privacy choices

Puppy Plots uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy choices when required by applicable law or platform policy. Depending on your region, you may be shown choices relating to personalized advertising, consent, or the sale or sharing of personal information.

Where required, the game will provide a way to reopen privacy choices through a Privacy and cookie settings option in the app.

European privacy rights

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may be asked for consent before certain advertising technologies are used. You can change or withdraw applicable consent choices through the in-app Privacy and cookie settings option when that option is required and available.

United States state privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to opt out of certain uses, sales, or sharing of personal information for advertising purposes. Where applicable, Puppy Plots uses the consent-management system described above to present and record those choices.

Children's privacy

Puppy Plots is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly operate user accounts that request a child's name, email address, or other profile information. If the game's intended audience or data practices materially change, this policy and applicable child-directed settings will be reviewed and updated.

Purchases

Puppy Plots may offer an optional Remove Ads purchase. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. We do not receive your full payment-card information. The store may provide purchase status or entitlement information needed to recognize or restore the purchase.

Information you choose to send us

If you contact us for support or feedback, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic details. We use that information to respond to your request and to improve or troubleshoot the game.

Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until it is changed, reset, removed by the game, or deleted when the app or its data is removed, subject to the operating system's behavior. Third-party advertising and app-store providers maintain information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the game and the information it handles. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game's features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes.
